Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is currently required for most reservations. However, we ask that customers notify us as soon as possible if plans change so we can make the date available to others.

What are the requirements for setup?

To ensure a safe and successful setup, please make sure:

✅ The setup area is level and free of debris, rocks, sticks, pet waste, and other obstacles.

✅ We need adequate space for the inflatable dimensions listed on the product page, plus additional clearance around the unit for safe operation.

✅ A standard electrical outlet should be within approximately 100 feet of the setup area. If power is not available within 100 feet, generator rentals are available for an additional fee.

✅ Water slide rentals require access to a water source and standard garden hose connection.

✅ Grass setups are preferred. We use 16" stakes to securely anchor inflatables, so please let us know if there are any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic lines, or other buried obstacles.

✅ For setups on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces, we use sandbags.

✅ Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.

Are your inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Absolutely! All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between rentals. We take pride in providing clean, safe equipment for every event.

What happens if bad weather is forecasted for my event?

.We understand that Kentucky weather can be unpredictable!

If severe weather is expected, we'll gladly work with you to reschedule your rental to another available date. We closely monitor weather conditions and typically confirm details the day before your event when forecasts are more accurate.
The safety of our customers and equipment is our top priority. In the event of high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions, we may recommend postponing or rescheduling your rental.

Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown for every rental. Our team will ensure the inflatable is properly secured and ready for safe use before your event begins.

How far in advance should I book my rental?
We recommend booking your rental at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
